THE CHALLENGE
King Carpet Mart is a local flooring retailer and installer. King Carpet Mart had two problems. First, they were seeing a decline in the effectiveness of their print advertising. Second, they wanted to ensure the effectiveness of a increasing online budget.
THE SOLUTION
Brio began by setting up Google Analytics tracking on all pages of the existing web site. Google Analytics allows Brio to gather and analyze data regarding how users are getting to the site and what they are looking at once they get there. Once data was collected, and it was clear what type of customers were getting to the site, Brio created a keyword list focused on King Carpet Mart’s products and services. Brio adjusted the title and META tags on each page of the site to ensure that the proper keywords were present. Additionally, brio analyzed King Carpet Mart’s existing SEM campaign. By adjusting the keywords and the bids in the campaign, Brio created a more efficient campaign. Finally Brio created a number of landing pages to supplement the SEM campaign. These landing pages were focused on converting site visitors to customers.
